→ I understand that in order to remain eligible for financial aid, I must meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements. Failure to meet SAP standards may negatively affect my financial aid eligibility. I may be placed on academic probation and/or required to repay financial aid funds received. All students are required to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to remain eligible for financial aid. Satisfactory progress is evaluated on a cumulative basis at the end of each module, during each payment period or midpoint evaluation, and upon completion of the program.
Satisfactory Academic Progress is measured using both:
SAP evaluations for financial aid eligibility are conducted at the conclusion of the program.
→ I understand that I may only fail one module. If I am required to repeat a module, I will be responsible for paying the repeat-module fee as outlined by my program.
→ I understand that DAS allows students to make zero-interest payment arrangements for most Career Technical Education (CTE) programs. Payments established through my program department must be paid regularly by the 15th of each month.
